It couldn't be more simple; just like having your own personal trainer! In the privacy of your own home you lose inhibitions and can give yourself time. But much more important than 'working out' is to be more aware and comfortable in your body. Once you become a "good mover" you won't need to exercise much.
We learn from toddlers how well the body can move naturally and from the elderly how it can become seriously damaged.
